Built-in Reports (Reports)

Alongside the custom report builder and the visual dashboards, the product has a small set of built-in reports – purpose-built recaps that are generated for one season, program, or date range at a time. The one you reach today with a button in the app is the Season Summary, which also exports to CSV. This article covers the Season Summary and explains where the other built-in reports stand.

Before you start

An operator account with access to the Seasons area.
At least one season set up, with jobs and visits under it, for the Season Summary to have anything to report on.

Season Summary

The Season Summary is an end-of-season (or mid-season) recap for a single season. It shows how much work the season carried and how it performed.

Open the Season Summary

Go to Seasons (under the Operations / Work area of the sidebar).
In the seasons list, find the season you want and click View (or click the season’s row).
You land on that season’s summary page.

What it shows

The Season Summary reports these figures for the selected season:

Season name and the season’s start and end dates.
Jobs Active – how many jobs are running in the season.
Visits Generated, Visits Completed, and Visits Skipped – the visit counts for the season.
Skipped Percentage – skipped visits as a share of the total.
Revenue by Operation – revenue attributed to the season’s work.
Margin by Route – margin figure for the season’s routes.

Export to CSV

The Season Summary can be exported to a CSV file (openable in Excel or Google Sheets). The export contains the season name, the period, and the same metrics listed above (Jobs Active, Visits Generated/Completed/Skipped, Skipped Percentage, Revenue by Operation, Margin by Route). The downloaded file is named for the season and the date, for example SeasonSummary_<SeasonName>_20260706.csv.

The other built-in reports

The product also has three more built-in reports whose data is fully built on the back end, but which do not yet have a button or page in the app – there is no menu item or on-screen link that opens them today. They’re documented here so you know what’s coming and what each will contain, but you can’t click into them yet:

Program Round Dashboard – a per-program breakdown by round. For each round it tracks the round name and window dates, scheduled vs. completed counts, a compliance-completion percentage, chemical usage totals, and average days to complete – plus program-wide totals for overall completion, total chemical usage, and average days to complete.
Capacity & Routes – a per-crew, per-day route capacity view: stops per day, labor hours vs. route capacity, capacity utilization, travel vs. on-site hours, a travel ratio, and an overtime flag, with company-wide overall figures and a list of the top overtime routes.
Renewal Outcomes – renewal win/loss for a date range: jobs eligible for renewal, jobs renewed, the renewal rate, average uplift realized, and the top upsells added at renewal.

If you need this information today, the closest path is the custom report builder (for example, the Jobs, Scheduling, and Analytics datasets) or the Visual Reports dashboards (the Operations and Customers & Programs tabs cover visits, jobs, plan enrollment, and upcoming renewals).

What happens next

The Season Summary is a live recap – reopen the season any time to see current numbers, and re-export the CSV whenever you need a fresh snapshot for a spreadsheet or a customer/owner report.

Tips & best practices

Export the Season Summary at season close to keep a permanent CSV record before you roll into the next season.
Watch the Skipped Percentage – a rising skip rate usually points to weather, access, or crew-capacity problems worth investigating in the Operations dashboard.
For program round tracking and route capacity today, lean on Visual Reports and custom reports until the dedicated built-in pages are exposed in the menu.

Troubleshooting

The Season Summary is empty or shows zeros – the season may have no active jobs or generated visits yet. Confirm the season is set up with jobs, and that visits have been generated for it.
I can’t find the Program Round / Capacity / Renewal reports in the menu – that’s expected. Those three built-in reports don’t have a page or menu link in the app today; use the custom report builder or the visual dashboards for now.
CSV export didn’t download – make sure you’re on a valid season’s summary. Only the Season Summary offers a CSV export; the format is CSV only.
