Yes. Every plan is billed monthly: $99, $229, or $399 a month. There is no annual plan and no long-term software contract.

A 14-day free trial of the plan you pick, no credit card required. Try it with your real customers and jobs before you decide. The AI assistant and the AI Receptionist add-on are not part of the trial: they switch on once your paid subscription starts, and you can subscribe early from Settings, Plan & Features whenever you like.

Every paid plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance for the assistant and Draft with AI: 500 on Starter, 1,500 on Pro, and 4,000 on Scale. If you run low, buy a one-time pack of 500 credits for $10 or 1,500 credits for $25. Pack credits never expire.

Cancel from the billing page in the app and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only: you can still log in and see all of your data, your customers can still pay open invoices in the portal, and nothing is deleted. Creating and editing records, automated emails and the AI Receptionist pause until billing is fixed. Pay the balance or resubscribe and full access comes back right away.

Starter includes up to 2 crews, Pro up to 10, and Scale is unlimited. If you move to a smaller plan, your existing crews are never deleted; you just cannot add new ones until you are under the limit.
