Welcome to LandscapingSoftware.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a trial or paid subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to your subscription tier.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and Billing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial; no payment card is required to start it. AI features and paid add-ons are not available during the trial and become available once a paid subscription starts. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, according to the plan you select. Add-ons are billed as described at the time of purchase: recurring add-ons monthly, and AI credit packs as one-time purchases.

You may cancel at any time from the billing page in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If a subscription lapses (the trial ends without a payment method, a payment fails, or a canceled subscription reaches the end of its period), your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view your data, and update your billing details, but creating or editing records and automated features are paused until billing is brought current. We do not delete your data because a subscription has lapsed. Paying the outstanding balance or resubscribing restores full access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and Privacy

Your customer and operational data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandscapingSoftware.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the in-app notification center or by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
