AI assistant panel open over the dashboard, answering which customers are overdue by naming two customers and what each owes, with the credit balance shown at the top.

Here for something to answer the phone? That is the AI receptionist, a separate paid add-on that answers your business line 24/7, says it is an AI, saves new callers as leads and files their requests for your team.

The problem

The answer is in there somewhere.

Which customers are overdue? What did we invoice this month? What is on the schedule this week? Every answer is already in your records, but getting it means opening a report, setting filters, and reading a grid. And the writing never stops: estimate descriptions, customer emails, review replies. None of it is hard. All of it takes time you would rather spend on the work.

The assistant

Ask it the way you would ask your office manager.

Open the assistant from the spark icon in the top bar and ask about your business in plain language: revenue, overdue customers, the schedule, your chemical logs. It looks the answer up in your own records and tells you what it found.

It answers; it does not act. Nothing is sent, scheduled, billed, or changed because you asked it something. And the panel says what you should keep in mind: answers are drafts based on your data, so verify before acting.

Ask me anything about your business: revenue, overdue customers, the schedule, or your chemical logs. I can look things up and draft text; you stay in control of every action.

How the panel introduces itself.

Questions people start with

  • How much did we invoice this month?
  • Which customers are overdue?
  • What is on the schedule this week?
  • What chemical applications were logged this month?

Drafting

A first draft, never a sent message.

Look for the Draft with AI buttons. Each one writes a starting point and hands it to you. Read it, change what is wrong, and send it yourself. Pay particular attention to anything that reads like a commitment about timing, price, or warranty.

Estimate descriptions

The scope in plain words, ready to adjust.

Customer emails

A first draft for the message you keep putting off.

Review responses

A reply to a customer review, in a tone you can edit.

Customer summaries

A short read on one customer from the records.

Campaign emails

A first draft of the email for your next send.

Program suggestions

A starting point for a recurring service program.

Website page copy

Page text, section rewrites, and search tags.

New email window for a customer with Write it for me set to Upsell next season in a friendly tone, and an AI drafted message in the body for the owner to edit before sending.

Credits, plainly

A monthly allowance, and a page that shows where it went.

Questions and drafts spend credits from a monthly allowance that comes with your plan. The AI Usage page shows what is left, when it resets, what each kind of action costs, and where the credits went.

AI receptionist calls do not use credits; that add-on is billed per conversation. The AI Usage page lists the exact cost of every action and is the source of truth, because prices can change.

Need more in a busy month? A top-up pack adds 500 credits for $10 or 1,500 for $25. Top-up credits never expire, and they are used only after your plan credits run out.

Need more every month? A monthly AI credits add-on (AI Lite, AI Standard or AI Pro, smallest first) adds a set number of extra credits on top of your plan's; both reset together each month, and your plan credits are used first. Moving up is charged now; moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing period. Packs and add-ons are bought on the AI Usage page or under Add-ons on Plan & Features, by the account owner only. With an add-on, the AI Usage page shows your current add-on, plan credits this month and add-on credits this month separately.

AI is included on every paid plan. It is not part of the 14-day free trial: it turns on when your paid subscription starts.

AI across the product

Three things carry the AI label. Two share the credits.

AI for a landscaping business shows up in three places here. The assistant and drafting on this page and the AI website builder draw on the same monthly credit allowance, and the AI Usage page shows what each used. The AI receptionist is a separate add-on with its own plans, and its calls never touch your credits.

AI assistant and drafting

Every paid plan · Uses the monthly credit allowance

This page. Ask about your own records from the spark icon in the top bar, and press Draft with AI where you already write: estimates, customer emails, review replies, campaigns. Questions and drafts spend credits from the allowance that comes with your plan.

AI website builder

Every paid plan · Uses the same credit allowance

Answer a few questions about your business, add your photos, pick your pages and a design, and it writes the whole site. Change anything by asking in plain words or by clicking a section and typing, and ask four AI experts (SEO Expert, Designer, Copywriter, Proofreader) to check the site and suggest fixes. It never makes up facts: no reviews, prices, awards or years in business you did not give it. Nothing goes online until you choose Publish. AI writing and reviews spend credits from the same monthly allowance; everything you do yourself is free, the cost is shown before you start, and you are charged only when the request succeeds.

AI receptionist

Paid add-on, any plan · Billed on its own, from $39 a month

Answers your business phone 24/7 in a natural voice, tells callers it is an AI, answers from your business facts, saves new leads into your Leads module and files requests for your team. It never books an appointment, never quotes a price, and is voice only; your team schedules the visit. It does not spend credits: three plans, each with conversations included every month, billed with your subscription.

The controls

An off switch, named models, and what happens when something stops.

The small print from the help center, so nothing on the AI Usage page is a surprise.

Turn it off for everyone

Switch AI Assistant & Drafting off in Settings > Plan & Features and the assistant and every Draft with AI button disappear for the whole company. Nothing you have already generated is affected; it is your text now.

Two models, named on the page

The AI Usage page says which model does which job. One handles drafting and summaries: estimate descriptions, customer emails, review responses, customer summaries and website SEO tags. A different one answers assistant questions over your customers, schedule, invoices and reports, and writes website copy: first drafts, page copy and section rewrites.

When the allowance runs low

When your team has used most of the month's credits, the AI Usage page shows a Heads up warning. When the allowance is used up, AI draws from your top-up credits, or pauses until the allowance resets if you have none.

Interrupted requests

A request interrupted before a result is recorded is recovered automatically after about 30 to 35 minutes, and the credits come back: the original extra credits and any monthly credits that have not expired. While an interrupted website request is being resolved, wait before retrying. A request that completed is not refunded just because your browser disconnected; if its result is missing, contact support.

What it will not do

Kept in its lane on purpose.

  • It does not send, schedule, bill, or change anything. It answers and drafts.
  • It does not give chemical dosing advice. The Dose Calculator does the label maths, deterministically.
  • It does not replace your judgment. Its answers are drafts based on your data, to be checked before you act.
  • It does not work during the free trial. It turns on with your paid subscription.

Works together

Drafting shows up where you already write

Questions

AI assistant FAQ

What can the AI assistant do?

It answers questions about your own business data, such as revenue, overdue customers, the schedule, and your chemical logs. You open it from the spark icon in the top bar and ask in plain language. It can also look things up and draft text for you.

Can it change anything in my account?

No. It answers; it does not act. Nothing is sent, scheduled, billed, or changed because you asked the assistant about it. You stay in control of every action.

Can I trust its answers?

Treat them as drafts. The assistant reads your records and can misread them, the same way a new office hire can. The panel itself says to verify before acting, so check anything that drives a decision against the real screen.

Does it give chemical or dosing advice?

No. For label rates and tank totals, use the Dose Calculator, which does the maths deterministically instead of generating it. The assistant is deliberately kept out of that job.

What does Draft with AI write?

Estimate descriptions, customer emails, review responses, customer summaries, campaign emails, program suggestions, and website page copy. Every draft is handed to you to read, edit, and approve. Nothing goes out on its own.

How do credits work?

Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance (500 on Essential, 1,500 on Professional, 4,000 on Premier). Both questions and drafts spend credits, and the AI Usage page shows where they went. If you run out, a top-up pack adds more: those credits never expire and are used only after your plan credits are gone. For a steady need, a monthly AI credits add-on adds a set number of extra credits every month on top of your plan's.

What happens when the monthly credits run out?

When your team has used most of the month's credits, the AI Usage page shows a Heads up warning. Once the allowance is used up, AI draws from any top-up credits you hold, or pauses until the allowance resets if you have none. A one-time pack covers a busy month; a monthly AI credits add-on (AI Lite, AI Standard or AI Pro, smallest first) adds extra credits every month, with your plan credits used first. Only the account owner can add or change either.

Does the AI website builder use the same credits?

Yes. Building a site in the guided setup, asking for a change, adding a page you describe and the expert reviews all spend credits from the same monthly allowance, and the AI Usage page shows what each feature used this month. Everything you do yourself in the builder is free, the cost is shown before you start, and you are charged only when the request succeeds.

What if a request is interrupted?

A request interrupted before a result is recorded is recovered automatically after about 30 to 35 minutes, and the credits come back: the original extra credits and any monthly credits that have not expired. A request that completed is not refunded just because your browser disconnected; if its result is missing, contact support.

Can I turn AI off?

Yes, for the whole company. Switch AI Assistant & Drafting off in Settings > Plan & Features and the assistant and every Draft with AI button disappear. Nothing you have already generated is affected; it is your text now.

Is AI included in the free trial?

No. AI turns on when your paid subscription starts. To start paying before the 14-day trial ends, use Subscribe now on the Plan & Features page.

Which plans include it?

Every paid plan. The only difference is the size of the monthly credit allowance.
