You connect your own Stripe and pay only Stripe's standard rate. We never touch your money or take a cut. Prefer the customer to cover the processing fee? There's a toggle for that.
Month-to-month, cancel anytime
Billed monthly, with no annual commitment. Cancel from the billing page in the app and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Your data is never deleted
If billing lapses, your account goes read-only: you can still log in and see everything, and your customers can still pay open invoices. Resubscribe and you are back to full access right away.

Straight answers on price
Is there a platform fee on the payments I collect?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and pay only Stripe's standard rate; we never take a cut. If you'd rather pass the processing fee to the homeowner, there's a toggle for that.
Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No. The tiers are published right here, and you can start a free trial whenever you want without talking to anyone. If you'd rather ask a question first, email us and a human will reply.
Can I pay month-to-month?
Yes. Every plan is billed monthly: $99, $229, or $399 a month. There is no annual plan and no long-term software contract.
What's included in the free trial?
A 14-day free trial of the plan you pick, no credit card required. Try it with your real customers and jobs before you decide. The AI assistant and the AI Receptionist add-on are not part of the trial: they switch on once your paid subscription starts, and you can subscribe early from Settings, Plan & Features whenever you like.
How do AI credits work?
Every paid plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance for the assistant and Draft with AI: 500 on Starter, 1,500 on Pro, and 4,000 on Scale. If you run low, buy a one-time pack of 500 credits for $10 or 1,500 credits for $25. Pack credits never expire.
What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
Cancel from the billing page in the app and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only: you can still log in and see all of your data, your customers can still pay open invoices in the portal, and nothing is deleted. Creating and editing records, automated emails and the AI Receptionist pause until billing is fixed. Pay the balance or resubscribe and full access comes back right away.
How many crews can I have?
Starter includes up to 2 crews, Pro up to 10, and Scale is unlimited. If you move to a smaller plan, your existing crews are never deleted; you just cannot add new ones until you are under the limit.
Which plan includes the website builder?
Every plan. The website builder and mail merge campaigns are included on Starter, Pro, and Scale alike.
How hard is it to switch from my current tool?
You can be live in days, not quarters. Start with one crew or one program, run it in parallel, and roll the rest over at season change with the Renewal and Season Planner.
What happens to my customer payment data?
It flows through your own Stripe account. We never hold your money. Disconnecting is yours to control.
Do prices include both lawn and snow features?
Programs & Rounds and Storm Events are included starting on the Pro plan, the same plan for both seasons. No separate snow add-on.
