Welcome to your Customer Portal

Last updated May 29, 2026 · Customers

Your landscaper uses an online portal so you can see your invoices, pay online, and review estimates whenever it’s convenient — no phone tag, no waiting for the mail.

This is a quick walkthrough. You only need about 5 minutes to set yourself up.

What you can do here

  • See every invoice your landscaper has sent you, and what’s paid versus what’s owed
  • Download a PDF of any invoice
  • Pay an outstanding invoice with a credit card or your bank account
  • Save your card or bank so you don’t have to re-enter it next time
  • Opt into auto-pay so recurring invoices are handled automatically
  • Review and approve estimates online
  • Download a statement of your account
  • View documents your landscaper has shared with you

What you cannot do: upload files, message your landscaper through the portal, or reschedule visits. For those, call or email them directly.

How to sign in

You sign in with your email and a password. The first time, your landscaper sends you a temporary password by email — you change it to something only you know the moment you sign in.

First sign-in

  1. Your landscaper sends you a temporary password in an email subject-lined something like “Your {{your landscaper’s name}} customer portal password.” Check your inbox (and spam folder, the first time).
  2. Open the portal link in that email (it looks like landscapingsoftware.com/portal/their-company-name/auth/sign-in).
  3. Type your email and the temporary password from the email.
  4. The portal will ask you to set a new password (at least 8 characters — anything you’ll remember works).
  5. You’re in. The temporary password no longer works.

Returning sign-in

  1. Go to your portal link.
  2. Type your email and the password you set.
  3. Click Sign in.

Your browser stays signed in for 90 days, so you usually only need to type your password once every couple of months on the same device.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email. We send you a reset link that’s good for 15 minutes. Click the link, set a new password, and you’re back in. No need to ask your landscaper.

If the email never arrives, check spam first; if it’s still missing, your landscaper can issue you a fresh temporary password from their end.

If you’re locked out

After 5 wrong passwords in a row, the portal locks your account for 15 minutes — that’s an automatic safety brake to slow down anyone trying to guess your password. Wait 15 minutes and try again, use Forgot password? to set a new one, or ask your landscaper to send you a fresh temporary password.

Saving a credit card

From the main dashboard, go to Payment Methods → Add card. Enter your card info on the form. Your card is stored securely with Stripe (the same payment processor used by millions of businesses) — your landscaper never sees the full card number, and neither do we.

Mark a card as Default if you want auto-pay to use it.

Saving a bank account (ACH)

Bank payments usually have lower fees, which matters on larger invoices.

From Payment Methods → Add bank, follow the prompts. You’ll log in to your bank through a secure Stripe flow, and the bank account is verified instantly. No micro-deposits, no waiting days.

Paying an invoice

  1. Open the invoice from the Invoices list.
  2. Click Pay.
  3. Pick a saved payment method (or add a new one).
  4. Confirm the amount. You can pay the full balance or a partial amount.
  5. If your landscaper has fee passthrough turned on, you’ll see the processing fee broken out separately. Switch from card to bank to compare.
  6. Click Pay now.

You’ll get an email receipt within a minute or so. Bank payments take 3–5 business days to fully clear — you’ll see “Pending” status until then.

Getting help

If you have a question about a charge, what was done on a visit, or anything else specific to the work, contact your landscaper directly — their phone and email are at the bottom of every portal page.

If something is broken on the portal itself (the login link doesn’t arrive, a button doesn’t work, etc.), let your landscaper know and they can escalate to us.
