The letter

Dear «CustomerName»,

With winter on the way, we want you to know how snow service will work this season so there are no surprises when the first storm arrives.

Our crews head out once snowfall reaches the trigger depth in your service agreement, and we work through our routes in order. Storm timing and conditions vary, so the hour we reach «Address1» will vary too.

You can help us do a better job. Please mark anything that could be hidden under snow, such as edging, low walls, sprinkler heads and loose pavers, and move vehicles off the driveway before a storm. We cannot clear the space under a parked car.

If you have questions about your agreement or special instructions for your property, reply to this email or give us a call before the first storm. We would rather sort it out now than in the middle of one.

Thank you, and stay warm,

«CompanyName»

The highlighted «placeholders» are merge fields. LandscapingSoftware replaces each one with the matching value from your records, per recipient, when the merge runs. Copy them exactly as shown.
